What about english?

Hello everybody!

I've got an idea this morning (Yes, I can!)
Why don't we use the forum to speak english (at least to try!!) and try to improve (by corecting) ourselves?

To start, I suggest to present us:
* Which company/department do we work for/in?
* what do we like/dislike the most?
* what's our favorite school subject?
* etc...

Then, later, we could talk about a specific topic, in our training!

I start.

I'm called Aurélie. I work, as a company assistant, for a firm which (or who because a company have a name) provides Health, Safety and Environment Services.
My job consists in answering phone, welcoming customers, assisting General Manager, for a very varied topic.
Otherwise, I really like dancing! It's a passion since... always!
As regards the favorite school subject, I prefer mathematical subject than literary one... But we have to do both... So, I do it!
I look forward to hearing from you!!! (formulation qui revient à dire : j'attends avec impatience de vous lire!)
Don't hesitate to correct me or purpose other sentences!!

Hello Laetitia!
Oh I'm glad to see your answer! :D

Your the only one who wants to speak english with me!!

Are you studying DCG or another training course :?:

PS : For your sentence :
laetitia62 a écrit: i worked in the company for almost 2 years ago.

"Ago" is used to explain the time between the present and the time that something happened. (For instance, the present time is now and something happens in the past when the company hired you). It tells us when and gives us a time or a date. Because you're referring to a specific time in the past, the simple past tense is used.

laetitia62 a écrit:hey Aurélie! i'm ok, i go to try! ;)
but now i would should or might say accounting! hihi

"Should" is an intent. "Should" is what one is suppose to do, or believes they are suppose to do, or a choice they've presented themselves.

I Hope it would help you!
See you later in your next answer! ;)
